Our company was founded in Kodiak, Alaska. It started on one cold, late afternoon as our founder was standing by Kodiak's historical lake and he began to crave Asian food. Furthermore, he understood how difficult it would be to get this type of food out to this area; but he found a way. Ten years later he made his craving a satisfaction. Given our geographical area and usual temperature, we strategically prepare our food according to the season. We prepare our meat in the summer and cook our noodles in the winter to give our customer the overall satisfaction to your craving.
